Following the success of Volume’s Phase I scheme, the JVC acquired the Phase II site to build the 107 bed purpose built student scheme across 7 floors together with substantial amenity space. Volume Works is located in Birmingham City Centre and is less than 10 minutes walk from Aston University and the neighbouring Birmingham City University. The completed development will be available to let from summer 2023.

MALVERN LINK

A substantial house with land acquired within the Malvern Link Conservation Area. The team worked hard to overcome the stringent standards set down by the Malvern Hills District Council in this sensitive area.
